Showing the full Qbits network on Google Maps and in AI search

Qbits has exclusive distributors, service centres and a wide dealer network. Right now someone searching "Qbits service centre near me" can't see most of it. This page covers which locations can carry the Qbits name on Google, what the Qbits team needs to provide, and what we will build.

The one rule: a Google listing named "Qbits" only where the place is Qbits-only.

Google allows a brand's name on a listing only when the business is an "authorized and fully dedicated seller" of that brand, has permanent signage, and is staffed during its listed hours. A shop that also sells other inverter brands has to keep its own name. (Google's guidelines)

Does this location get a Qbits listing?

1

Does it sell or service only Qbits inverters?

Panels, cables and mounting structures alongside are fine. Any competing inverter brand means no: it stays a dealer listing.

2

Is there a permanent Qbits signboard, and Qbits staff at the listed hours?

Google verifies each location by video. The signboard, the stock or service bench, and the person in charge all have to be on camera.

3

Do customers or buyers come to the location?

This decides whether the address is shown on Google or hidden behind a service area.

Yes to all three

Qbits listing with address

Exclusive distributors with a trade counter, service centres that take walk-in units.

Yes, but technicians travel

Qbits listing with service area

Field service teams. Address hidden; the area covered stays within about 2 hours' drive.

Dealer's own listing

No Qbits name. We help the dealer list Qbits products, photos and "Authorized Qbits dealer" in the description.

Three layers, one network

Brand
qbitsenergy.com, one page per city with Qbits presence, and a network page with real numbers (service centres, states covered, repair turnaround). These pages are what Google and AI assistants read and quote when someone asks "is Qbits service good" or "Qbits vs other brands."
Qbits locations
Branded Google listings for exclusive distributors and service centres. These pins show the network on the map and catch customers looking for help with a fault.
Dealer network
Each dealer keeps its own listing, set up to feature Qbits. Dealers handle most local "solar installer near me" demand, so a stronger dealer listing sells more Qbits.

How each listing is set up

No city names added to listing names unless they're part of the real signboard. Google treats added keywords as spam and can suspend the listing.

Who does what

Qbits team

The parts only Qbits can provide.

  1. Location listFor every distributor, service centre and dealer: address, type, walk-in or field service, local phone, hours, contact person.
  2. Confirm exclusivityMark which partners sell or service only Qbits inverters. Only these get a Qbits listing.
  3. Agree two standard namesOne for distributors, one for service centres. It goes on every signboard and every listing.
  4. Signboards and photosPermanent Qbits signage at each exclusive location, plus a current photo of it. Without this, verification fails.
  5. Local phone at each siteA number that rings at that location, not the head office.
  6. Partner agreement clauseQbits owns the Google listing. If a partner stops being exclusive, they tell Qbits and the listing is closed or renamed.
  7. A person at each site for verificationAvailable for a short video call or recording when Google asks.
  8. Network numbersReal counts and service turnaround times for the network page.
  9. Dealer introA note to dealers asking them to give us manager access to their listing.
  10. Review contact for service centresWho handles escalations when a customer leaves a bad review about a repair.
  11. Install photos by cityReal, recent installations. They go on listings and city pages.

Two things to watch

Service centres attract unhappy reviews

People visit when something is broken, and every review sits under the Qbits name. Google's AI summaries also quote old reviews. A centre goes live on Google once its turnaround and escalation process are in place.

Partners can change

A Qbits pin at a shop that has switched brands sends Qbits customers to a competitor. The agreement clause and the master sheet are what stop this.
